Chim Nhạn và Dòng Nước

Cảm ý 4 câu thơ, Thượng tọa Thích Nguyên Siêu đã đọc:

Nhạn quá trường không
Ảnh trầm hàn thủy
Nhạn vô di tích chi ý
Thủy vô di ảnh chi tâm …

An nhiên , nhạn vượt sông dài
Ảnh in làn nước buổi mai lạnh lùng
Nhạn lưu dấu chẳng cố lòng ,
Nước ghi bóng nhạn , cũng chung tình cờ …

Cánh chim nhạn dẫu bay rồi
Còn trong đáy nước 1 trời Trăng trong
Biết là muôn sự vốn … Không
Đến , đi, còn, mất … cũng đồng thế thôi !
Duyên nào đâu chỉ 1 đời !
Theo thuyền Bát Nhã đến bờ Chân như

Duyên này tích tụ bao đời !

On hearing about the wild goose and the water

Inspired by the 4 verses read by the Venerable Thich Nguyen Sieu ( Chua Phat Da , USA)

Respectfully dedicated to all the venerable monks, nunsattending the 14th retreat ( Wymondham , England ) , esp.to the Venerable Thich Nguyen Sieu ( Phat Da temple , USA) and to all the students .

Composedly, a wild goose flies across a long river
Its image sinks gently into the chilly water
The bird leaves its trace behind unintentionally ;
Not on purpose, the water reflects it naturally…

Though the wild goose has flown away freely, without fear
In the deep water, is still mirrored the whole sky with the Moon clear
Once one understands all is originally sole emptiness,
Then to come, to leave, to have, to lose … all the same , no more no less !
Not simply in 1 single Time occurs blessed encounter like this!
We follow the boat of Wisdom to reach the Pure Land of bliss

This luck caused by in many pasts planting good roots !!
Follow the boat of Wisdom to reach the Source of truth
