Lời Phật đã dậy rõ ràng
Trong kinh Pháp Cú hai Ngàn năm xưa
Quá khứ thì đã qua đi
Chẳng nên xao xuyến làm gì, bận tâm
Tương lai thì thật quá xa
Hãy sống hiện tại là ngay bây giờ
Sống trong tỉnh thức từng giờ
Từ bi, trí tuệ mới là chánh nhân.

Buddha stated clearly in Phap Cu ( The Dhammapada ) of 2600 Years ago
The Past is over ,
We should not concern about it too much
So as the future which is uncertain and too far away
We should pay attention to the Present seriously.
Let be aware of it mindfully every moment.
Let be kind and wise . That is the true Buddha ‘ s followers .
